Prior to founding Dru Levasseur Consulting, LLC, Dru founded and led the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association’s DEI Consulting Practice - the first LGBTQ+ inclusion coaching and consulting program designed specifically to enable the implementation of best practice standards for LGBTQ+ equity across law firms, law schools, and companies.

My coaching and consulting background has led me to be an expert on how to implement best practice standards for global companies, law practices, law schools, medical institutions, HR organizations, and government agencies. My focus is on creating diverse and inclusive environments that celebrate LGBTQ+ individuals and promote equality and acceptance.
I facilitate tough but safe conversations with leadership to provide guidance on gender and workplace inclusion, including training for management and addressing issues related to employment, healthcare, and housing.
I have provided customized CLE presentations for large, global legal audiences on best practices in LGBTQ+ inclusion. With an audience reach of over 40,000 legal professionals, my presentations have received positive testimonials and had a major impact.
As part of my consulting services, I provide customized coaching for C-Suite leadership, facilitation and support for affinity groups, one-on-one coaching for attorneys with marginalized identities, and expert policy review on gender-inclusion, Self ID practices, restrooms, pronouns, and parity in benefits. My aim is to assist organizations in becoming more inclusive and welcoming for all individuals, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation.
