Dru founded and serves as facilitator of the Trans Legal Professionals Networking Program, an inclusive community of trans and nonbinary lawyers, judges, law students,and legal professionals globally. The program is hosted by the trans-led National Trans Bar Association, and it is designed to uplift, support, and connect members of the trans legal community.
